All order aim to be processed and shipped with 7 days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Deia Beauty London cannot accept liability for items that are lost in transit. It is you, the consumers, responsibility to ensure that the address provided is accurate as once the order has gone through this cannot be amended, and Deia Beauty London will not assume any responsibility.
Deia Beauty London is not responsible for any duties and fees mandated by customs and will not ship out replacement packages. If any parcels are returned back to Deia Beauty London due to you not accepting it, not collecting it after the delivery provider has left you a note, you will have to pay for the product to be redelivered as Deia Beauty London does not accept any responsibility.
